helser would never take possession of something unless he believes he can make a profit from it (even if he doesn't own it and doesn't have any rights to make a profit from it.)
There are videos on youtube of helser aggressively agitating the "liability" dog, is this seriously what you think Ayla needed Molly?
helser is obsessed with dog aggression, he LOVES dogs with aggression, no matter if it's unstable, the more dangerous the dog, the more thrill he gets. he also craves glory in billing himself as a "master" trainer who can train dogs that other trainers won't.
Since he can't breed Ayla/Karma and make money from her puppies then he will most certainly sell her to an ignorant person who thinks they are getting a good protection dog.
Video of the first 24 hours that helser has Ayla. Ayla is aggressively agitated in bitework.

So this is the kind of "training" that is appropriate for a rescued nervy dog with a history of unprovoked biting. please watch each video in full.
I am disgusted. The poor rescue dog deserved better and the dog community deserves better.

My favorite part is Tim Falling all over him self thanking his new gal pal Molly for the dog. There is a guy i,d want singing my praises all over the net.

Better than dead.... I think so. You don't know this dog, this situation with the dog, or what I did with the dog before deciding to place her rather than euthanize her. She has the drives to work, she's not a nervebag dangerous dog - she's actually a rather nice dog except for the bite inhibition problem. If she has the drives to work, she likes to bite, Tim wants to work her - why not? She might just enjoy it rather than sitting in a kennel. If he sells her to someone and works her bite problem out, I say go for it. End result is a dog who is living and not dead. I had a choice to kill the dog or do something else with her - I decided this dog deserved a chance to continue living. My dog, my decision. Tim was the only person who stepped up to take the dog and give her a second (third, fourth) chance. I'm out of the picture completely now, hoping it works out for the dog. All you Helser-haters here have at it. It's none of my business but I think you should have more facts than rumors and stories told on this drama-forum before making a firm decision about who you are slamming here. Does anyone have pictures or video of Helser actually abusing a dog? I've never seen any proof of it.

Well I only watched the first and the last of those 3 videos. But if you look to the right of one of those there is one called Ayla.mnv--I think--I know there is an m and a v in the last. Anyway he tells you not to try this at home he is bonding with the dog. By picking her up by the skin behind her neck and on her back even tho it is clearly uncomfortable for the dog? By holding her upside down? That's how you bond with a new dog you have had less then 72 hours? Wow it's all new to me.
On the first video there's Molly signing the papers and next thing a child with a known biter? And then when he agitates the dog a young teenager is on the handling end of the leash. And that's all in the first 24 hours. OK maybe I am on the late show and I didn't know this is how you trained a dog like that.
And anyone who has been on this board any amount of time knows there were pics posted about dogs Tim had kept. How conveniently we all forget.
BTW I know Tim--I was almost taken in by his BS and even defended him once and boy was I green and dumb. Thank the stars above that people helped me see the real truth for had he abused my dog like that I would have been damn mad. And whoever said above that unless he thinks he can make a buck, he won't get involved I totally agree. And Molly you're the big dog trainer and breed warden why couldn't YOU have helped the dog? Oh yeah she bit your kennel help. You couldn't have cleaned that one kennel once a day and tried to bond with her yourself and helped her? I think there is way more to this story then we will ever know.......Things that make ya go hmmmm.
In case noone has figured it out yes it sickens me that Tim now has this dog and a person I liked and respected and have defended in the past made it all possible.

Stepped UP? How deluded. He saw an opportunity. Idjit. He made himself available. You should have called Cesar for reference. This was just bad judgment all the way around. Try and cover the smell up with a dozen cans of Febreeze. I can still smell the stench from where I sit.
You had two easy choices, a humane death or let a known dog trafficker with a history of suffering for his charges, take a shot. BARF. Or a third, try harder. That one didn't make the cut.
And what really gets me, I just had a private conversation where someone who defended you, saying, you always spay and place your retired bitches in good homes. I agreed with them.

As I said, you all don't know what I did with the dog. I had her for 6 months. I did work with her. I decided I didn't want to continue. she was not adoptable, at least by me. I had only one choice if I kept her. I decided to give her another chance. End of the story, at least with me involved. If I made a poor choice then I'll admit it when I see it.
I don't agree with Tim's handling the dog in the first day he had her. He knew she was a biter and NOT good with children and I made that very clear to him. I told him to give her time to adjust and bond with long walks and treats and just leaving her alone for a few weeks. He disregarded my advice and made those videos in the first day he had her - I told him I did not approve and thought the "handling" video was terrible, and traumatic to the dog. But alas it was his dog then, and whatever he had to prove by doing these things in the first day he had her - didn't impress me as I guess he hoped it would. As I said, nice dog. No problems at all until she bit for no reason or provocation. Otherwise, nice dog. And though I didn't feel the handling was necessary or a good choice - he didn't hurt her. And he didn't listen to my advice. My bad. Hope the dog is ok but still lthink it's better than being dead.
