Ulana is gorgeous.  I've seen her at two shows and WOW she can move for a puppy!!  I think I saw her in a 3-6 month class and she moved better that pretty much all the dogs at the show.  She appeared to have more ring training than the working class.

@SitasMom -
Thank-you for the video series recommendation - I was just considering purchasing these videos but was unsure if they were worthwhile. I'm basically flailing around wildly in the dark when it comes to understanding SV showing so the videos sound like a good place to start.

I also highly recommend the video series! Excellent step by step with very good explanations of the why's and wherefore's!

Yes, he can move! He was just playing here- his head wasnt even down! When he lowers his head and goes for it, he is a picture of complete suspension.  He was bred for show ( almost all in his pedigree are champions) but with his bad elbows, which doesnt affect his movement (he moves from his shoulder, correctly, not from his elbow) it would be silly to show since I would never breed a dog with bad elbows. A ribbon or plaque does not hold a candle to the importance of the future of breed health. What  price glory! Not for me! He would still win in the ring, if I showed him for fun, as he doesnt limp, but it would be selfish and silly to take the win from a dog that could be bred that is penn hip certified... ( I have zero faith in OFA- too subjective)
