That is a beautiful and thoughtful thing you are doing :)

FYI: The person who ruined the rescue of the mom and pups tried to interfere again, with another GSD rescue today.. This just boggles my mind! The dog was to be euthanized tomorrow! She didnt want the dog to be shipped out of state to the person who wants to adopt her. The adopter  was thoroughly checked out by my friend who is pulling her, and has offered to have any rescue come and check her out. Is it reeeeeeeeeeeeeally better for a dog to die than to be adopted out of state? Meanwhile, this person who keeps interfering in rescues ships dogs out of state, herself! GRRRRRR! She's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack :(

Well just remember there are some pretty nutty people in rescue..

What a crying shame for that poor Mom & pups. There are some sickening people in this world, truly sad, sick people masquerading as a rescuer is about as low as it goes. A special place in hell.......

BTW Marjorie - none of this was your fault, don't ever think that for one minute - but now she is on the radar.......

I am watching the Tamaskan Dog at the Downey Shelter in Ca, that I posted in another thread. I had a friend go there today, to check her out. She said the dog is a total lovebug. If no one steps up for her, I just may bring her here. She is gorgeous and sweet. DH FINALLY consented to having another dog, if I want.. Dont know that I am ready, but if it is a matter of her dying...

Julie offered to send me a drop dead gorgeous red/blk girl she has in the rescue, but the DM experience has been so traumatizing that i dont know if I can ever get another GSD, much as I adore the breed. I could NOT live through a 3rd round of DM, nor would I want to.I am too terrified to think about it, even though it sneaks into my mind when I look at Casey james...

I am trying hard to find where this poor girl went to also!! I look for rescues in my spare time and have a soft spot for german shepherds.

I called the number which is a landline but no answer. All I want to know is WHERE did she go? NO ONE seems to know anything nor will try to work to find out.

FRUSTRATING!

If she is at a shelter I can contact rescues to have her pulled. The Facebook page for her has info that is not clear. I also called AC in Tulare--they don't have her.
