Abby Normal it is not Liberty if it infringes on other peoples rights.  It is a nature of the crime that in order for it to be punished it must be discovered .That is true about any crime. Thus it then follows that as soon as someone who is starving his dogs is discovered must be punished. That is not such a hard logical line to follow.
To the part that people do not do nothing ( which is not what Paul said) I would say that is true about any crime:

The Only Thing Necessary for the Triumph of Evil is that few Good Men Do Nothing.

These thumb up and down intrigue me. I understand what people who . They agree with current statement. But  without comment makes no sense to me. And next this is. What is there to dislike about what for example  Joanro said:

Go up to the top of the page and look at the  Liked top 20  tab.  You can see which posts were most liked and most disliked, this thread leads them all.  Yes, some people just hit the thumbs up or down and do not comment.

Well with that many dislikes I am just guessing here that plenty of members feel you guys are off topic. I read through parts of the thread and yes I believe that talking about Hitler, Lenin and Trotsky are off topic. All the discussion of socialism has nothing really to do with your first post.  The government has nothing to do with the FCI. I guess if you can't see this has gotten off topic then we will have to agree to disagree. You asked why people have given so many dislikes and I am trying to tell you my opinion but I am sure you are going to say it is right on topic. So, instead of coming back with more questions and disagreement just get it back on topic.

I will not be answering any more of your questions on this as my opinion has been stated and I am not likely to change it.
 

Many registries  under FCI, are closely tied to Government. Like the Czech one. Many laws about how to deal with animals are laws produced by Governments. 
This is about such laws and regulations influencing personal Liberty. This is about liberty. Personal liberty. Thus no, I do not think this threat when talking about Liberty is deviated from a topic.

It is just amazing to me what people see/read in comparison what is written.  What are you reading? Nowhere have I said anything about "why"  people are giving dislikes. I asked why people give dislikes to obvious truisms. And why people give dislikes and make no comment. 
It is like saying why is sun hot?  And you would see this : Why is sun? Sometimes I think that logical  discussion is not possible. 
Now that would be of the topic though.
