Validate the DNA and titles before you assert "his lies and misrepresentations" , at this point and I don't mean this maliciously, but you obviously don't know enough to assert he is lying or misrepresenting. Just to be fair.....don't know breeder or pup, but make sure before you assert.

Go to the American Kennel Club's website. Get a DNA test kit, it's a simple swab inside the dog's cheek.
Send it back to them, any more detailed info you'll have to get from them.
