Have you been stalked by Eva? Received nasty emails and PMs? I doubt it. This isn't all about this one incident it is about a long line of incidents when put together spells out a problem.

Your above post reminds me so much of Eva, I could swear you must be twins.  ;)

You must be a very good friend of this person to come one here to defend her.  I just can't imagine a total stranger reading about her here and then going to the Court House and reading the whole file then come back here and tell us how wrong the members are and have misjudged her.

Really how well do you know her?  Well enough to know where she is.  Maybe you can convince her to turn herself in and show all of us she is as good as you say.

Sound s like  you idiots are wacked or not human.. A person is presumed innocent of all charges until proven guilty, she's charged,  and killed before the trial. Regardless, your comparing apples to oranges. So she must be guilty because what some person writeson the internet.. A person is guilty when they send whacked out threatening PMs and emails to people, end of story. This IMHO told me more about Eva than any courthouse ever could.

Talk about narrow mindedness, you seem to have it covered.

I didn't say she was guilty, I asked why she didn't go down to the courthouse and  and clear up a mis-issued warrant, or at least have her attorney go down there and take care of it.  I know I wouldn't be happy knowing I had an invalid warrant out for my arrest for over a year.  Knowing that i could be taking my kids to baseball practice and have a cop run my plates and find it's me and pull me over and have me arrested on the spot for something that shouldn't be there.  

I'm wondering why she doesn't want to take care of her business?  I mean there's nothing to it right?  

I don't know, I'm going to put some independent thought into this and draw from past experiences, but it's usually the guilty and those with things to hide are usually those that run.

Wowser, I'm totally convinced now,  lets charge her for being a witch too, .How should we get her to admit it? I'm sorry, I didn't realize the people who hate Eva are Saints.. Wo is me, where would you like me to bow down and kiss your feet?

For your info, I did not find any of your private messages or voicemails in the court record, but i can only assume they would be pertainent to the case and prove her guilt that much further.

You may not like Eva Berg, but accordingly making up false claims about the case at question are illegal, For your information, I have never met you or Eva, 

I don't have a dog in this fight but Newsome12 I would like to know how someone voicing information regardless of if it is factual or not is illegal? To voice what has happened to them would never amount to slander especially if they had voice mails or emails to back up what they were saying.
