Mary Gattone was removed as a GSDCA Director at the January 2014 Board meeting.  Since the WDA has not published any meeting minutes since July 2013, we cannot read that she was removed in the meeting minutes.  Here name was removed from the WDA website the same day she was removed.

GSDCA needed a lawfirm in Arkansas for the Arkansas court case.  They needed a lawfirm in Colorado for the Colorado court case and the reason they now have another Colorado lawfirm it that the GSDCA Insurance company has agreed to cover the CO court case costs and will be using their own attorneys to represent the GSDCA as is their policy.

If you can stick with the facts we can get somewhere in this discussion. I didn't write nor publish the WDA Jan. meeting minutes. The WDA did. It's first hand not third hand information. If you bother to actually read it, you will see for yourself The WDA was contemplating the removal of the GSDCA from their organization against their bylaws. Just like the GSDCA said if you bother to read their letter to the WDA. It's all in black and white and it's easy to follow and understand if you take the time to read it. Sorry if you can't comprehend that.

The court case you refer to is still in progress and will likely continue for months. Nobody has really won or lost it yet. The WDA got a temporary injunction to do an event they were obligated to do by a previous agreement. Seems to make sense. What are your thoughts on the rest of the case that hasn't been heard yet?

From your previous post it is clear you haven't read the information. Please read the information and let's talk specifics. This stuff is confusing enough when you know the issues. It's impossible to follow when you just throw stuff out there.

The Issues are all GSDCA allegations.

You really expect anyone to believe that GSDCA didn't know that WDA was putting on the NASS until it was over?

Pick your issue lets deal with this once and for all.

The treasurers report has already been dealt with, it's a non issue so move on from there.

The issues for now are all allegations from both sides. Some points are valid and some are fabricated. It's why we have lawyers. Not much really matters at this point as the situation is in a holding pattern. Once the case is decided the final impact will be known. Until then it appears the WDA is moving forward with their events and the GSDCA is moving forward with theirs. No one can argue the GSDCA is entitled to have their own WUSV sanctioned events. One of the questions to be determined is will the WDA be able to access the WUSV services without the GSDCA affiliation? Until all that is sorted out by others not even aware that this forum exists, it looks like we have 3 sieger shows in the US.

I know that Mary Gattone was removed in two ways, her name has been removed from the WDA website and Mary has personally told me that she was removed.

I would like to see this diatribe evolve into an issue where the apologists for either side would actually face reality and admit the truth. The truth will make you free but prevarication intended to keep you in good stead with  a bunch of inglorious politicians is a dead end street with disaster and disrespect in the offing.

Thanks for trying to explain what you thought I meant to say. I thought my statement was pretty understandable.  However, what I hoped people would get out of what I said was: "stop lying about the frailties of one's favorite club with the hope that some narcissistic boob holding high office in that club might pet their diminutive lying little apologist(s) on the head". Some of the Bovine Feces flying about on this and other media is so blatantly obvious that to deny or even insinuate it is not  happening is completely ridiculous and makes the apologist(s) look like a complete fool.

Can we please get back to talking about the dogs! Olly put the website for the dogs not for politics and people to push there own agendas under aliases. Both clubs are business the strong will survive and the weak will fail just as in nature
