NASS has been going for about 2 hours now, anyone get a total entry count or any results yet?  Does anyone know if results will even be posted?

I have asked on their FB page......nothing yet.

Discouraging.....

Looks like the GSDCA did a better job with their first Sieger in spite of all the negative comments and predictions.

It's a secret!  I think the attitude is if you're not there you don't get to know the results.

Or maybe if they tell us, they'll have to kill us?

Frankly I think it sad that for a show billed as "the premier German Shepherd event of North America.", there has not been one peep regarding who is entered or the results from the first day.

I guess we can assume that there will be no results from Sat or Sun as well!

I have friends in every venue.  Kind of hurts my feelings to see people I respect and like to make comments towards others whom I also respect and like.

It's not personal or about specific individuals as far as I can see. It's about running (or not) a show in a manner that benefits the  exhibitors and the breed in general. Criticism abounds in this breed, the GSDCA took it in the shorts many times even before the show happened. Some even wished for it to fail, they were going to support NASS, the better run show. So the time is here to legitimately ask - where the hell is the beef?

I myself  see friends with the wda and wish them the best. I see friends with the Gsdca and wish them the best.  and I see friends with the Usca and I wish them the best.  To me the club is insignificant. It is the club that a friend chose that best fits their needs. To be critical of a club that a friend chose according to their needs would be saying that their needs were unimportant to me.  I can't do that.  I understand why each one of these clubs exist and why one would appear more desirable then the other to different personalities and goals

That's the way it would be in the ideal GSD world, Reggie. Like you, I too came from another working breed and find it very difficult to understand why GSD people don't work together more than they do.
