Anyway, I can ignore anything and anyone here but I will speak up if I see racist comments like the ones beetree made if I so choose. This is a discussion board and if someone, like beetree or one of her cohorts, has a problem with people commenting on their posts then maybe they should learn why a discussion forum exists. They should go text each other or something if they don't like it. There is a reason why they choose to make their comments public and maybe they should ask themselves why.

Labeling responses that one does not like as stalking or abusive to women (to women only, hmmm...So if beetree were a man then my posts would not be abusive?) makes a mockery out of the very real stalking and abuse that goes on in the world.

See what I did there? Unlike beetree's passive aggressive posting I don't shy away from whom I direct my comments and I say what I mean. However, I don't cry if people disagree and welcome contrary opinions and arguments that stay on the subject.

Ideological:

From ideology - "visionary theorizing;  a systematic body of concepts, esp. about human life or culture. A manner or the content of thinking characteristic of an individual, group, or culture.  The integrated assertions, theories and aims that constitute a sociopolitical programme."  Well, fine, I know that.

 

hermaphrodite - "an animal or plant having both male and female sexual organs" Check, knew that too.

 

"Ideological hermaphrodite" : so sorree, me no speak Americanised gibberish.  That is supposed to be an 'intersexed' person who has political or cultural thoughts & ideas, perhaps ? Why would being called that annoy anybody (as I presume was the intention) ?

Does ML suggest that any human unfortunate enough to be born with indeterminate sexual characteristics is not entitled to hold any views ?  Wow.  And wow, again.

 

OR, there's a "hermaphrodite brig" - a 2 masted vessel, square rigged for'ard and schooner rigged aft ... couldn't be anything to do with what ML called us/me, could it ?  Nah ...he probably did not realise they existed.
