Poor Urma Book sales

A couple of weeks ago Urma Books were running across the adds. I had called and ordered one from the distributer. Urma@charter something. When the book never came I called and was then told by the very nice lady that she had waited until she had many more orders before sending the book out. But she was sure mine was sent out. "Just Yesterday" it has been 2 weeks and no book. I have emailed the woman, and left about 8 messages and no reply. I can only presume I wont be getting my book, But has anyone else received such poor treatment?

I talked to Anders Peterson before ordering from them and he had did not recognize the e mail address. Good luck.

I also talked to Urban, and can confirm Dog1's response. Why not order directly from Urban or Anders .... it is easily done from their site! www.fotourma.com

@ Fokwulfe Kennels the e mail address you have been dealing with is urmabooks@charter.net but you can still have your book from us @ Dog1 + cww what's wrong with you guys/dolls? don't you find our prices fine? ;-)

Elsa I went with the local company because I figured I would receive the book faster. I was not aware that urmabooks@charter.net are dishonest and not to be trusted. Well I learned the hard way I guess. I now have put the book on my christmas list

If you have already paid for your book, be persistant and they will send it to you! Not exactly a great way to run a business but...the girl you were working with should honor your sale.

An Urma Book is a book of the Seiger Show in Germany. It has pictures and critique. It can come translated in english. It is the number 1 dog book, to show difrent things. sorry for the such short answer
