Hell I thought it was 3 blue pills.  Did someone force them down her throat.

Why did she take pills that she did not know what they were. How many of you just take pills that you have know idea what they are.

Not saying what he did was right or wrong but

I guess it was three! Yeah, I can see there is a problem with gobbling up three of any pill and even moreso seeing them come from a RX bottle? Makes one wonder. Jury surely had a problem with it.

People often forget there are many different forms of coercion.  It doesn't always take a gun or knife or fists to coerce someone.  It can be as subtle as "if you want to keep your job....", or "you will never work in this town/business again if you don't......".  The new definition of rape has been updated to include verbal coercion.  Unfortunately, the myths of rape and sexual assault still abound to the detriment of the victims of these crimes.

I remember when CSI first came out, many a prosecutor lost his/her case because of the "CSI Effect" where people actually believed what they saw on television and figured if the prosecution's crime lab could not perform like the one on CSI, then they were incompetent and the defendant deserved to go free.
