BE, should not guess allways, in this case, his owner died, thats why he was sold, few weeks before that happened I was with him and he told me he had big offers, but he would never sell this dog, his wife choose to sell him after he passed away

I have a daughter from pepper a fabulous dog. 1 year old excellent drive excellent grip excellent power and excellent nerve. And all this is comes with excellent Ballance . Good size but strange colour compared with my other dogs . Waiting on hip and elbows results . She is very sporty but is easy to turn any direction .excellent nose . Pepper has been breed around Europe lv seen a lot of matting around . I know most of the litter my female comes from went to America . She is very respectful and responsive to family . I'd say big money for him to be sent . He will add good strength to any decent female

I know he was sold after the owner died. While I'm super happy for Gary, you'd think she would have given/sold him to close friends etc. But in the end, I'm guessing the price did pay a roll in all of this. It's just how the world works. That being said, from what I know, it's not the worst thing to be one of Garys dogs and they seem to appreciate him very much.

Baerenfangs Erne “you’d think she would have given/sold him to close friends etc.” Easy to say when your not a woman who lost her husband and probably main source of family income. In this case the dog goes to the highest bidder. I’m sure her husband would have wanted that way for his wife.
