1) Do not enter ANY titles in the "Full Name" section of the dog you are entering into the database. Titles will show properly when entered in other sections, later 2) If either one of the parents is not already in the database, enter No Information about the Sire or No information about the Dam, in parent's name sections. You can always change these later, after parents are entered. 3) The "Entitlements" section is ONLY for any titles that go BEFORE the dogs' name. 4) The "Achievements" section is ONLY for any titles that go AFTER the dogs' name. 5) When doing a pedigree search, remove any dashes, apostrophes, commas, etc. For some reason the databse has a hard time searching names with anything but letters. This also applies when entering a parent's name, while registering a dog. 6) Be sure that you use BACK HD RESULTS, when referring to the hip status. The FRONT HD RESULTS is a new selection, here. I'm assuming that it is for elbows, but don't know for sure. 7) If in doubt about any info, it's best not to guess and end up entering the wrong info. Some fields can't be changed after the info is entered and saved. I can help out with most questions about searching or entering a dog. Tari Jolin w453angel@earthlink.net
