Wll then, you're a discrace to the breed for NOT becoming a breeder.  There's no shortage of trainers with big mouths that have no interest or talent for breeding, either.

What titles have your dogs earned, Daryl?

Earning titles does NOT make a breeder.

ANYONE can put two titled dogs together.

I spent three years in schutzhund playing around with already titled dogs.  By the time I was ready to title one of my own home raised dogs, the wife and I split, and I moved on to learn other venues.  I personally feel a breeder can benefit from some experience in multiple venues.

Actually I was hoping this thread would be answered by those who do think it's important to title and who are proud of what they have accomplished with their dogs. If you want to debate the merits of titling or not, you may want to start a new thread. Thanks....

LOL Oh ok.

I'll leave the breeding to the 'experts' like you Daryl

It takes some real experience to put a less than 2yr old bitch
under a male with no health clearances or working titles.

But then again, you've also bred father to daughter too right?
Yup, *I'm* a disgrace. Lmao

I started in 1992 with a puppy I bought from Tim and Lori Cruser.  Raised trained and titled from 8 weeks old by myself - Ayla v Haus Cruser - multiple X Schh3, FH, CDX, TD, working therapy dog.

Xinerobella v Tiekerhook, imported with IPO1 title but shotty training - retrained her and titled her BH, Schh1,2,3 - IPO3, FH, AD, KKl-2lifetime.  Xinerobella "Ike" was my foundation female for my breeding program.

Arrow v Zuckerburg "Adra" was my first home-bred dog, trained/titled myself multiple-times Schh3 competed National level.  FH, AD, KKl-2 lifetime.

Cynnor v Eichenluft "Zeke" was B-HOT - multiple-times Schh3, FH, KKl-1lifetime.

V-Eagle v Eichenluft also B-HOT - 25X Schh3 competed 19X at Regional and National level, on the 2004 FCI World Team, multiple-times FH and FH National Champion, FH2, AD, KKl-1 lifetime.  He was also trained by myself for  human remains detection.

"Nova" Sequoyah v Gebirgshaus - daughter of Eagle, - she is not HOT as she received training and her BH elsewhere, but titled by myself to Schh1.

Aeros v Heulenluft - another B-HOT - a  dog from my show-line breeding program.  Train/titled by myself to Schh2, KKl-1.

Kobra v Eichenluft also raised from a pup and trained by myself, achieved her BH and certified Narcotics K9 detection.

Brix v Eichenluft, raised/trained by myself toward schh titles, not titled in schh (time constraints) but earned his HGH with a V score under the training/handling of Ulf Kintzell.  I had him breed surveyed also.

Sabre v Eichenluft has also joined my breeding program, she earned her BH and Schh1 under a trainer (Jeff Rentz) and also has SG and KKl-2.

I have earned the bronze, silver, gold and Master's Gold sports award medals through UScA.

I am a breeder who considers working titles of utmost importance for a breeder who is producing dogs for working.   I also import titled, breed surveyed dogs for my program.  I do not use untitled dogs for my program.

Worked mainly in SAR with GSD's for many many years with 8 different dogs with area search, human remain, & water SAR.
Also did with the same 8 previous GSD's; Companion dog excellent, CGC, therapy, tracking dog, agility excellent, herding test, & coursing ability just for fun. Other breeds I tried; carting, weight pulling, & hunting trails too. Showed other breeds to championships - BOB too.

My current dogs I started in SAR but my health prevents me from pursuing SAR with them. I've gotten into schutzhund with them instead & loving it. I did my first breed survey this year & preparing for 1 dog SCH3 next month, plus 3 dogs for their BH + SCH1's this summer. Plus currently working a dog in herding & a few do therapy work. My pup's I held back from my breeding are in training & will be ready for their titles late this year also.
