The committee of any club has the right to refuse entries from anyone for any of their shows, without explanation.  That is in the rules of every single registered society and is a KC rule.  They do not have the right to ban anyone 'for life' as such although if the committee so desired they could refuse entries at all of their shows for as long as they wanted to.

Got back from Leeuwarden Holland late yesterday, spent week end with Larry Yates, so I need a rest, I will answer the posts in the next few hours,

Mr Payne in answer to your first post, I'v tried the asking nicely, the first I knew of the situation, open ended ban from showing at  GSD Club of Wales was, my money was sent back along with this letter dated 13th March 2012, I can't seem to be able to paste in this place? so anyone who would like the actual copy I'll need an email adrress.

I also from the begining have known that Sharon Bowen will do her best, so that it won't be resolved, as I explained her nose has been put out too far.

First of all I would like you Mr Payne to let me know exactly what I have lied about.

Now tell everyone on her about your behavior towards the Secretary of the GSD Club of Wales? Something which NO breed Club or Canine Club will tolerate. Tell us also about your behavior towards another Committee member of the GSD Club of Wales about 1 month ago at the Heads of the Valley Training day, and what the Chairmen of the HOVGSD Club was required to do?

As far as the incident at the club, I put my hands up, I should have not let myself down, but in all fairness  Linda Munkley and her husband?, gave me as much as I gave them, and when the chairman said thats enough it ended. To explain myself it started with a simple question, why had she put her name to a letter, 13th March 2012, the only answer I could get was, "nothing to do with me", but she is part of the committee, the day ended that she did not agree with the decision of the GSD Club of Wales, and that they were having a meeting that week regarding the situation, and she would vote in my favour.  you can ask that of the chairman of the HOV, and all the others that witnessed the words.
What is very frustrating is that the secretary of the GSD Club of Wales, emailed me saying, I have a letter from the KC saying no breach of regulations occured, well even you Mr Payne ackknowledge a breach of regulation has clearly occured, no matter how insignificant. simple test lets see the letter written by the kennel club, I think then the truth will come out, and the continual denial by the GSD Club of Wales that thay had not breached any regulations will end.
please Mr Payne let the readers know what I have said that is so bad that no club will tolerate, and please in context, Don't leave readers in suspence and have to make their own ending.

At no time, did I accuse you of lying. You should be able to understand that from what I wrote. Being economic with the truth is not lying! By the way. You clearly fail to understand "discrimination" law. It is not how you would want it to be.

sorry where I and most others come from we would say you are playing with words, above you are telling me to tell the truth, playing with words to decieve the truth like one would hear on the T V by politicians.
if you understand the "discrimination" law why don't you let us all know where I"m going wrong with it.
please stop muddying the water.keep to the facts of the matter.
