Advance K9 Georgia (Bryan Dyer) is one of the worst kennels ever. It is like the night mare stories people tell you. I went to buy a German Shepherd puppy and put a deposit down. When I get there the place is not the same place on the internet. He claims to be a World Class Trainer and Breeder of working dogs. The puppies he showed me were sick, unhealthy , covered in feces and scared out of there minds. Then I told him I wanted my money back he started threatening me. As a woman I was scared to death. I drove 12 hours from Shawnee OK to fine out Advance K9 Georgia (Bryan Dyer) is a lier, scam artist and one of the worst back yard breeders. I joined today to help others not get taken advantage of. If I only did my research first..

The webite for Ad\vance looks good, but you can tell from video that they are not on the up and up.  Are you saying that the pics on the net are of a different kennel?  I would call the BBB on them

WILL YOU FREAKING STOP LYING MARY BETH?! PROVIDE PROOF! YOU COULD PROVIDE ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF, AND YOU'RE DRAGGING SOMEONE'S NAME IN THE MUD FOR NOTHING! WHAT LITTER?! WHERE IS THERE ANY PROOF OF A DEPOSIT YOU SENT?! I know this guy personally, this woman started an account, then started a thread trying to bash him, and can provide absolutely no proof. 

Why the hell don't you people buy dogs from a breeder you can visit with? There is no shortage of GSD breeders in the world, why do you keep doing this? I bought my first purebred dog in 1969, have owned many since and have NEVER been cheated on a purchase. Use your head and some common sense.

I would file a "Rip Off Report" that's only way to keep these people in line .   They will be know when anyone does a search for them, you can't hide on Internet anymore
 

Look do what you want, I don't care because I've never wronged anyone so this person is hiding behind a keyboard. As a matter of fact I never have sold a dog for 500. That is a lie everyone that bought a dog from me knows My prices and deposit amount. I have never done business with anyone in Ok your a lier! 

Can't resist putting in my tuppence worth.  I agree that instead of a bad kennel/breeder list the opposite would be be far more useful. Maybe a bit like the ebay system?  People would certainly look at the recommendations. 

If this person has proof that they have been "robbed"  can they not go to court to recover their money?

I think the 'bad' list is very open to misuse and could be used by anyone to discredit another breeder for any number of reasons.  Of course if you have been genuinely cheated, I can understand the anger - I would feel the same.  Not sure about the legal system, but if the breeder/seller is telling the truth, could he not take a court case of slander or is it libel out against the perpetrator, after all, that stuff is in writing?
