I was looking through the pictures in my bitch's pedigree, (http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/523413.html)  trying to figure out which of her ancestors she resembles the most, and I came across this very nice looking dog, who is a littermate to her mother. He also seems to be the only dog with faded pigment, though I've heard it's a fairly common problem in Ursus-line bitches.

Imp-Cen's Point Given:

What do you think of him? He could have a more masculine head, but on the whole, I think he's got nice structure for an American line.

BTW, probably because Star was a total outcross, she doesn't much resemble ANY of her ancestors!

triumps gucci, great call!  possibly the greatest all round germam shepherd ever to walk the planet! (va1 show dog ,world working team twice!) has any other dog done that?  i just wish i could have seen him work! are there any more like him?

Triumphs Gucci is the dog that unites best from both worlds, show and working.  I just wish there are more dogs like that.

I also have to agree w/doc51, and Kenan. Triumph's Gucci is THE DOG, that could WORK, SHOW, and just be a good representative of the German Shepherd.

I am so glad that Lida Fleury is keeping the Gucci lines in her breeding program.

I am very proud to own a Gucci grandson.

Thank you GUCCI!

Producer of some of the hardest dogs. A real dog in my mind, beauty and functionality in one, just the look of the dog is enough to tell you that he means business.

Cordon An-Sat

Some lovely dogs posted here. Nice thread. Managing to stay pretty civil so far :-)
I am biased toward Zasko since my new female is by him. I love his structure and watching him work lightens my heart! Awesome dog.
