Hi Joyce,
Yes I know - there have to be a signature from the breeder to say that the buyer has been told of the endorsements, and a signature from the buyer to say that he has been told.
In this case, I was just making the point to her that Zep WAS the breeder AND the OWNER and the BREEDER of the puppies from her, but alas, she had Kennel CLub stamped on her hat and wanted him to ask himself if he agreed with the endorsement and whether he got himself to sign a bit of paper to say that he had told himself, oh God, I`ll go have a lie down in a dark room, and not call them again - we will just send a letter from Zep, to say that we agree with the endorsement being lifted, so that Zep can register the litter. ha ha Mo.

Hey Joycie !!!

You can pmsl - but dont say its me, ha ha   -  surely even I cant be wrong to think tht the breeder doesnt have to ask themselves if they can take the endorsement off, and sign a little bit of paper to themselves to say they have told themselves, and they agree with it.  ha hah a  rofl.    Mo.     But hang on - this is our Magnanimous Kennel CLub, do-er of all thats right, and never putting a foot wrong.... hmmm.   Mo.

Mo.it sounds like this person had got themselves a little bit confused.when i decided to have a litter off Lily ,i wrote to the kc beforehand asking for the endorsement to be lifted.hey presto a week or so later i had the reply stating it had been lifted.sounds like Zep got someone who hadnt a clue.Carole S.
