Leaving all names and kennels aside, what this thread tells us ( though most of us already know )is that there are loads of gullible people around. How anyone paying excessive amounts of money for a pup then go on to agree major restrictions in endorsements or contracts to what is legally their own property once bought.I would be interested to know how those endorsements and contracts would stand up if the pup was then sold on after a short while.( perhaps you could help us on that one Penny ? ) Secondly it is interesting to see all the " Breeders " rally around to give their " legal opinions ", without any legal knowledge whatsoever .My advice would be steer well clear of contracts, you don't sign contracts to get your money back on shoody shop goods.

Well said Miss beeb, that apology is a disgrace. You also said " I hope every breeder remembers your name", just a pity we don't actually all know her name. It should be splattered all over this thread in the same way she splattered Sue's name all over this thread. NAME AND SHAME!!!!!
Pencil, trying to paint this person as gullible is a joke, many other names I could think of, but gullible? NEVER!! As for the contract I had every puppy buyer sign, there was also a section where it clearly states I must be informed before re homing as the contract would have to be signed by the re homer. I also went through each section with the purchaser so they new exactly what they were getting into. They had the choice of signing and buying one of my puppies, therefor agreeing to my terms, or don't sign and go elsewhere. Also like to add my contracts were looked over by a " proper" solicitor before hand to make sure they were okay. Nice to see you have cleaned up your diction, didn't think you had it in you!!!

Well, we have to leave your name aside Pencil, because we don't know it!

We do know that you reneged on the £100 promised on this very database to Steve Foran.

We do know that you have a bug up your ass about Sue Belfield & the ever mysterious "big 4".

We do know that many responsible breeders endorse their registrations to PREVENT unscrupulous people breeding from animals that have not been health checked.  DUH...

We do know - despite your having edited it out - that what YOU advocate, is to breed from the bitch regardless of her hip score, to recoup the finances!  Yes, some people copy the threads before black hearted little Forum Flies can edit!

Yeah, your advice is invaluable!

Bazza, Tracy & Roy Macaulay.  The opening post is "signed".

Thanks Miss beeb, I did see the T. Macauly but had no idea what the T stood for. Thankfully I do not know this person and have no real desire to either. I will however remember the name TRACY MACAULAY for a long time now, thanks!!

Pencil: your ignorance and stupidity is consistent.

by pencil on 26 October 2010 - 19:10

bazza. Why would anyone want to sign a contract like you mentioned, to have restrictions over their own property.I was right gullible! Tell me as you seem to be president of the " all stick together clan ", what would happen if the new owners totally ignored any contracts and endorsements, as long as they didn't register them with the flawed KC, how would you know ? also what if there was an accidental mating, are we talking abortions ? I realise you will try and fudge this off as usual, but for once would be interested in some common sense from you. please miss beeb- noddi - etc I don't need your one sided replies thanks.

Oh Dear God... what other kind of reply is there?  Could there be a multi sided one that I've never heard of?  It's not lurking in that solicitor's office of yours is it?

Common sense?  YOU advocated breeding from this bitch to get some MONEY; that was your advice to the Macaulays!

It may be an idea to start another thread, since you now realise you can't argue this one!

by bazza on 26 October 2010 - 19:10

Pencil, Are you as stupid as you come across? I think the answer to your question is obvious, and you have answered the question yourself. Fortunately my buyers always kept in touch, were honest and never gullible. They fully understood the reasons for any restrictions on my contracts, unlike yourself who has stated BREED REGARDLESS. As I said before my solicitor made sure my contracts were legally done, and I could have taken any buyer, that I knew of, not fulfilling said contract to court, but never needed too!!  I see as usual you are turning this thread, as you usually do into the PENCIL HATES topic, your slacking a bit you haven't mentioned Malcolm for...... a few hours???? We all know by now you were stung years ago and are still bitter and now twisted about ANY breeder, so maybe it's time for you to just let it go. It's sad sometimes to read your repeated posts on the same old subjects, sad sad sad!!!  Regards " Ken Dodd"

i believe if you were to go to fife schutzhund club on a sunday or wednesday you could see vienna working. As far as im led to believe she is a quality working dog. Dont doubt it as hips and elbows are not an illness ........... it's nature. Yes her name is Tracy Macaulay.
