Actually, ALPINE-K9 brokers dogs beyond Jinopo. Hans as he likes to be called does not produce dogs really. Just rides the coat-tails of other small kennels in Czech. Sure he may breed, nothing of note can be attributed to the so called alpinek9 kennel name. When I was naive awhile back, I thought Hans had some nice dogs, but soon found out that a majority of them could be directly bought from the original owners at reasonable price. Who can blame him? If I was bored, I'd pretend to own and sell some czech/slovak dogs to some people with deep pockets.

Eurosport isn't so bad though. Josef knows his stuff and the dogs they "resell" aren't bad too. They aren't the best of course.  Josef travels around to find 2 types.

type 1: good enough quality to sell to the general public.
type 2: cream of the crop that you won't ever see listed on the eurosport website.

type 2 is reserved for those that have a relationship with Josef and where he knows those people can RELIABLY compete with the dogs at the top level. i.e. Mike Diehl, Sean O'Kane in the USA.  And also other high competitors in other countries :)

Eurosport DOES know that Rallhaus sells their dogs.  I've asked Taunya myself.  And she replied to my email regarding it.
I'd buy from Eurosport any day.  They are honest people.

I think some of us are missing the point here. Josef is a business man, he sells what he has to to make money. I know Josef very well and I can tell you that quite a few of the people who call them asking for dogs are looking for a nice black and tan good looking dog for personal protection. He dosen't sell many police dogs , he dosen't have to. I have been on buying trips with him in Slovakia and have traveled from village to village testing dogs. After testing they go to the vet for hip and elbow x rays, then to his kennel where they get trained for whatever. They have very good trainers there who work full time preparing the dogs.

He really tries to get people the exact dog they are looking for. It is alot of work and alot of money spent to get these dogs. He is entitled to make a profit so if you have to pay a few hundred bucks more for one of his dogs it is in most cases worth it.  Contimali, Josef will sell you a top quality dog but you will have to pay a higher price. Don't ask for a top sport dog and expect to pay a few thousand bucks, it's not going to happen.

Those of us who know Josef and Taunya know what to expect and what you have to pay to get the correct dog. These guys are good people who work hard to do the right thing. I see actually first hand how other kennels put Josef's dogs on their web page and advertise them also. When I called asking about the dog they say "sorry its sold but I have another one!!"

frankm205,
I completely agree with you.  They are great people and do an awesome job.  Like I said above, I'd purchase from THEM any day.
A couple years ago, I came across Rallhaus' website.  I saw that the dogs listed were of Joe and Tauyna's.  Thinking these people were "stealing" their photos, I emailed Taunya to let her know what I found.  She sent me a reply telling me that they have friends here in the US who sell (advetise) their dogs for them.
But anyway....

Taunya has many repeat customers and asked me to help her advertise and sell Eurosport dogs. She is very busy and doesn't always have time to call and/or reply to every email, so I help. This has been discussed on this site before.

Not all of the dogs on my site are from Eurosport, I sell for others also.. My website states where the dogs and puppies are located. Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, WV, WI, TX NY, sometimes Hungry.......

There are no secrets. I never tell a client that a dog is with me unless it is. If a client has a question that I cannot answer, I ask the owner and then forward the answer. I spend many hours on the phone and computer, answering questions and getting background information that is requrested.

Many of my clients have tried to import dogs and have been ripped off (sometimes from ads on this database!). My sources are trustworthy.

I do not know who is hiding under the rock  behind this name. However I have no problem to say that I call my self Hans because most English speaking people can not say my first name Zdenek. Hans is my middle name germanized from Jan> Honza >Hans. I was called that in Germany. My name is Zdenek Jan(Honza) Blabla. I am the owner of AlpineK9.  Just FYI.

As far as me selling dogs from others then JINOPO who are my equal parners, it is not the truth except 2 rescue dogs of high quality, about   7 dogs from von Ron kennel ( dogs were from our stock provided by me and I have done it as a help to a dear friend) My first dogs came from my friend Ota Meloun owner of Hartis Bohemia breeding outfit . Otherwise  in 30(!) years all my dogs came from JINOPO or from me or from my partnership breedings AlpineDragon which is now dissolved. Just about 90% of dogs from Alpine dragon partnership at that time were provided by me and most of the  litters were co-owned by me.I am thankfull to Dragon for a lot but now our paths split.  I may have missed something but I doubt it.

You are mentioning that none of my dogs are of any consequence. Yes I do not do SchH and am not interested in SchH.  My dogs are true working dogs and most of my dogs go to Police, single women and families, S&R and as a support dogs. My dogs actually work.
USA
North Carolina (Henrico Co)
Wyoming (Teton Co)
Texas (Squine)
Arizona (Maricopa Co)
Arizona (Tucson)
Illinois (30 K9s for explosive detection for Iraq)
New Mexico (police & drug detection K9)
Georgia (Gwinnett co) Roky
Tennessee(Sevier, co) Cyclon
(Coffie, co) Grif
(Grainger, co) Awe
California(Eureca P.D.) Endy
and many, many more K9s are serving all over USA
Europe
Germany (Bavaria)
Czech Republic
Slovakia
United Kingdom
Austria (Vienna)
Finland (Finish Army)
Bulgaria
Middle East
Israel (Israeli Army)
Iraq (US Contractors) over 30 K9s explosive detection and security
Bahrain

South America
Brazil (Rio De Janeiro)
Argentina (Buenos Aires private security)

South East Asia
Philippines (Manila)
Malaysia
And there are many more Law Enforcement dogs sold to Police forces worldwide by us.
Also I have pretty much rescued the z Pohranicni straze old Czech dogs and got them registered with help of Dragon shepherds with AKC which was not easy task. I provided the paperwork from Czech and Dragon dealt with AKC.
Thus I was also instrumental in creating JINOPO which would otherwise never existed.
I have also designed breeding pairs for van den Heuvel, Banack, Florida shepherds, Sapphire shepherds, Rolling acres shepherds and many, many others.

As far as EurosportK9 goes then it pains me to say ( since they are my competition) that they are one of the best outfits providing dogs out there. I consider Taunya and Joseph my friends.
No, I have not brokered any of their dogs.
Any other questions? Now tell me of your consequence to GSD contimali

As far as Hans and Apine kennels go you wil lbe hard pressed to find a guy who cares so much about the breed, and is openly willing to share any and all information with those who care to ask him. I personally bought a puppy from him a couple of months ago and I must say without a doubt that this puppy is excellent in all areas. Hans is always there to help in what ever areas he can.  In my opinion Eurosport and Alpine kennels are the last ones that anyone should talk bad about. These people work hard and care about the dogs and their reputation.

They are in a business, this is how they make their living. As a business owner I know how hard it is to keep everyone happy all the time, sometimes it is just impossible. I think if anyone goes on an international forum and says things about someones business without having hard facts to support it, is just plain wrong. '
That my 2 cents!

I wonder why is a simple question turned into some agenda..

Hext thing is going to be a speculation of Taunya being Hanse's long lost sister who merried Josef to strenghten the dog mafia!

Hmm interesting!

frankm, how is your boy doing?
