DNA is required for importing requirements, nothing to do if you are breeding.

HAS to do with what country and male or SV or FCI paperwork or other technicalities.

Congratulations on finally receiving your dog's registration papers.

Small comment on the certified letter: I thought with certified letters it is supposed to take longer to arrive at the recipient because the letter is pretty much escorted through each step.  That's unacceptable that your certified letter was lost.

My numbered are NOT blacked out. It must be registrations papers. I assumed it was transfer of ownership because the breeder is listed in two spots as the owner. I got almost all of the way through online and then got busy and My session times out so I will do it again today. But it is letting me go through all of the steps online no problem.

On the letter. It had about 500 mines to travel and it had a time guarantee but the issue wasn't the length of time but that suddenly there was no tracking info when registered letters should scan everytime they touch hands. It was found an eventually delivered but it was over three weeks and no tracking ever showed once it crossed the border and the online signature is not available which was something I paid for. It showed crossing the border within 48 hours if mailing then it was 20 days of nothing and it only had 100 more miles to go. Then suddenly it popped up as delivered but that was 7 days after I filed the claim which I assume is what prompted them to actually look for the letter. If I had not filed a claim who knows how long it would have taken or if it even would have been delivered.

  You got lucky this time

Just  make copies for yourself anyway and I hope the online works...BUT keep copies and store in very safe place.

Make a copy of your online verification in case your computer crashes also..

Make a copy and print out and store both the online app and the verification in your email  off your computer..

BOY this world is getting  COMPLICATED for sure...for your own safety as you see...THE OLD Grey mule IS STILL ALIVE...

THE USA MAIL SYSTEM ....lol
