Good posts Bhall and Jen and I agree.

When I had this litter I too advertised them as being sold with LTD registration and said they were not for breeding. I got all the dumbass calls too Jenn. One person kept on and she didn't like the white on the chest-she knew they weren't purebred. Wanted a male with a male dalmation. Told her a girl would be better. Then she wanted to come down here--told her I wouldn't be here--still she wanted my address and was going to come right on down. I've thought about her and wondered if she was with an animal rights group--so I cut her off. Another one wanted a female and they had a beautiful male. Nope not even going there. I only had 2 for sale and I advertised them at a week old. One wanted to come down immediately and make her pick--no mam I do the picking when it is time--then she wanted to jump on me for advertising them at a week old knowing they couldn't go home.

Nope I don't like all those hassles. When they went home, I got hugs from people--one lady wanted to take my DeJa too!!!! Time to pay deposits they all did as they said--except the one who backed out. When I had them vet checked I scanned the vet report and emailed it to them. Everybody showed up when they said--I made folders with the papers, pedigree, vet report, shot/worming record, contract, which after we went over it and both of us signed it, I scanned it into my hard drive, and a paper I wrote up telling them the schedule the puppy had been on regarding food, outside time etc. And that's how you work it.

I have had hassles before like when I had one hell of a time getting Voo back. I got her back finally. Why? Because she decided she couldn't sell big money puppies with Am SL blood in her. We co owned her, let her have her for next to nothing and she was going to put all kinds of AKC OB titles on her and PP and so on and so forth. When we finally got her back no she didn't get a dime back because she lied about everything she was going to do. She did nothing but send her home filthy, almost emaciated and scabs on her head from a dog fight. She went behind my back and tried to get people involved against me--tried to turn my mentor and her mom against me. But nobody believed her. And it's a good thing she finally decided to meet them halfway and give her back because we were fixing to go there and get the dog.

So yeah there are all kinds of scammers and liers out there when they want something. And BTW the way I understand this whole situation is the reason it was not disclosed to him the dog was sterile is because he said he wanted a competition dog not a stud dog. If I am wrong please correct me. So I don't think what she put or didn't put on the ad has anything to do with this.

Birgit the problem is that in prívate you just try to impose your deals. I just want my money, And I think that is unfair to ask me to wait until You sell Orex. Just please Bring to me a date for the deposit. Yes my name is Juan Sincerely J

Yes I had Puma, she was raised here, was fine here, so if for some reason you didn't like her temperment I don't see how that is my fault. She was sold w/o a temperment guarantee, you bought her for a ridiculously low price for a direct import out of titled parents, and I never had any problems with her.  But this thread isn't about her, or me for that matter, is it???  I never said you weren't honest here, so don't say that. I merely stated if someone sends money for a dog they should get it, or their money back.

Vonissk, Please take a look at bhall web site. www.policedogs.us Enter in our males, then at aditional info at Orex. For me a competition dog needs to can be a stud dog To get to some levels. The importance of a dog is his tittles but even more his progenie. That is competition for me. Sincerely J

Birgit, I offer you that I agree for $2,800, but never that I'll wait for you until you Sell Orex. Sincerely J

Caroln, do you remember your advertisement about her?  Do you remember how she was delivered?  In the back of an open pick up truck...it was freezing and raining....she was in a 400 crate bunched up....oops, sorry it is not about her I forgot.  No this is not about you but you gave your opinion about bad sellers being dishonest so I give mine or should I start a new discussion about this.  You really have no room to talk.  I know you lost money overseas. You never heard from those people again.  Well that is just a tiny bit different than this situation.  So maybe sit back and enjoy the drama.

She was a 50# dog, so a 400 crate was fine for a few hours trip. I've had grown 60# dogs shipped from Europe in same size crates!  So apparently it's not uncommon.  You contradict yourself, if it was freezing it wouln't be raining, but snowing.  If it started raining on the expressway close to where you were to meet us I can't control the weather.  We didn't have to deliver her, I was trying to save you money in shipping. Again, I was NOT bashing you, but speaking in general about so many people who buy/sell and don't disclose everything.

Juan, you responded to an advertisement on the database not my website.  I asked you kindly to email me but as always you love the drama.  You thought you could make a quick buck.  I have your email about your agreement.  Let me put it to you this way and I am at the point where I do not care what anyone thinks.  If you are unable to discuss this with me in private I have nothing else to say to you and I will wait for you to take me to court and I will drag this out where the both of us have to end up spending thousands. I do not care anymore.  I accepted your offer and I agreed to refund $2,800 once he is sold.  If you want to change your mind again than I will just sit back and do nothing.  I am tired of these BS games.

Maybe I missed something, but if youre keeping $700 for your troubles, why does he have to wait for his partial refund?
