If you are as "principled" as you say, send him his money back and get this over with.
That is what principles are all about. Some of the time you have to go beyond what you may feel is reasonable in order to resolve a difficult situation.
Principles when all is going well are easy. It's when it gets tough that your principles shine through.

It is called misunderstanding and a HUGE cultural difference. One expects everyone acting the way they assume is correct. I run into this EVERY day dealing with people. One said this, another one gets all heated up and accuses people of weird shit.... honestly, return the money, charge him penalty for (you are a pain in my ass) and get done with it.

Principles are great but sometimes it is simply not worth the argument.
If you demand nice... i doubt it will be sincere at this point. And to make person to act certain way... is it really that important? just to win a stupid argument that in a long run is not even worth the effort?

Nobody is saying to back off/ bend over (lol) or give in... I am saying to preserve your energy on something that matters, I do believe people sometimes need to sit back and say.. oh, F-it, not worth single minute of it.

I would not sent him the dog, he clearly does not want the dog, it is not fair to the dog to be unwanted, he deserves better.

This exact same thing has happened to me to. My question is when you are dealing in high dollar dogs shouldnt you expect and receive FULL DISCLOSURE? What ever happened to integrity in business? I guess it is all about the $$$$$$.

Juan You just now tried to purchase a dual purpose k9 from me for $7,000. After I told you that I will never ever sell you another dog no matter what you turned on me again. You said you would accept the a refund in the amount of $2,800 once he is sold. Then when I refused to sell you a dog you got mad and said you want $3,000. I would NEVER sell you a dog. Dont just yell half the story.
