You have a convenient memory Jim.
Don't change what you post on my account. There are only a few topics I follow. so your efforts would be wasted.
Besides you now have the like/dislike buttons where all your followers can give you instant feedback on if you're
following the party line. It's kind of like a Junior High Popularity contest. I think you're probably the most popular (only?)

Kim,

I'm talking about real cops in a decent size town, not the town sheriff in a two cop town or an Auxiliary County Sheriff.
Besides none of them could possibly be as popular as Slam Dunc :-)

Well, we have over 500 LEO's if you include the Sheriffs Dept. However, we have only about 400 full time Police Officers and really need about 450 by most standards. We have a Sheriff's Dept that handles the jail (which is over crowded), civil process and evictions, and works jointly with our warrant unit and fugitive squad. It is not a big city by NY or LA standards, but one of the largest in this state based on population as well as square miles.

To be accurate it's my dog that is popular; I just hold the leash.
