The first person to file fraud charges against Alicia Jordan sadly passed away several weeks ago. Her husband is left to continue the lawsuit. The wife had a phone conference with the AKC and the owner of Alasko, David Brogdan to finally register her dog who was 16 months now. This poor man just wants the papers on the dog. He is over whelmed, lost his wife of many yrs (the are in their 60's). Tonight he just wants to know why can't he have the papers for the dog? He will probably sell soon to because his entire life is turned upside down. Alicia and David ignore all his attempts to contact them. I know this will get back to Alicia so for them I am asking you to please just give him the papers and let him have closure at least in this.

Cry me a river.

by cindic on 20 July 2014 - 12:07

Cry you a river- really beetree- It is really sad that you can make a comment like that when somebody has passed away- I never comment on anything in any forum I usually read all the jibber jabber and just shake my head in amazement at most of the comments but now I feel you have gone too far. Making cold comments over somebody who has died is just plain crude but what should one expect from a thread where people are complaining about being ripped off and people are ridiculling the ones who have been wronged and stick up for the one who has ripped them off. It is only your remark that makes me respond to any of this. People have been trying to get papers on these dogs for months - papers that were promised when they got their puppies or dogs-that is all they were asking and they have been ignored. The only reason that any of them have finally gotten some papers is because of the effort on behalf of a few people - tracking the sire and dam down of some of the dogs owned only to be told that he did not know the dogs were being bred but were in her care to be sold- sound familiar-so after numerous attempts and many phone calls and investigators calling to get his attention papers were finally filed so people who have papers let me tell you they did not come by magic like you think they came from the hard work of tracking down the sire and in some cases the dam of these dogs and many many calls from all to the akc- this has not been an easy task for anybody- and should have been done a year ago by her- not having to track down somebody to get what you were promised- these pups would never have been registered if the owner had not been tracked down by several people. Not only does somebody else own most or all the dogs involved in these breedings but he said he did NOT know they were being bred- so dogs in her care to be sold were being bred - many many times- and nobody was profiting except her- some of these dogs were mistakingly - and I use that word lightly- registered to the wrong sire- by Alicia - it took the owner of one of these pups to tell her it was wrong- so of course a correction had to be done to the AKC - after waiting another couple of weeks for that to get done- and it was not the person who owned the puppy involved- who is no longer a puppy but a young dog at this point-who had made several calls to akc to david and to alicia to try and get this done finally she did the correction form - and sent it to david who did turn it in to the akc- the puppy papers were expedited almost two weeks ago and guess what - they still have no papers on the dog involved-as promised. This person had filed fraud charges in her state and both Alicia and David are aware of it- both have talked to their investigator- sadly this person who sent David the correction and knew papers should be forth coming passed away the day after hearing the were corrected and being expedited so she will never know if her dog received papers or not so do not tell  these people to cry a river- they have swam across an ocean to try to get papers as promised on these pups and dogs and there are more than pups involved there are adult dogs that are involved as well that papers are not forthcoming it does not take over a year to get papers on any dogs and Alasko was registed in 2013 so there is no reason for no papers at this point- other than she wanted to take the money and run- and that would have worked had not all these people come together to try and get akc papers on their dogs. I do not find it humorous when you say "cry me a river" a person has died and will not know if the papers for her dog ever came- her husband is trying to deal with the grief of losing his wife and still trying to  get papers that were due to her- Alicia knew the dog was bought for breeding - this person had bought two other dogs from her so it is well known why the dog was bought-prior to getting this pup she had an adult dog - who by the way that new owner( of several) is still awaiting his papers-and Alicia is the one who offered to trade her that adult dog- who was not all she said it was- for this pup months and months ago- all this man wants is the papers on his dog as promised so what is the hold up- they are in hand that is known and have been in hand to David for almost two weeks. So you think "cry me a river" is a comment to make when somebody loses his wife and still the papers are not forthcoming- phone calls go unanswered and ignored when all she has to do is send him a puppy registration form- these people have papers coming to them they paid good money for dogs or puppies and were promised papers on them so what is the hold up - it has been months and months of lies and promises and to any of you that have recieved papers it was because of the hard efforts of others - not the kindness of her hearth- that you have even gotten papers and yes I know Alicia is reading these forums on her so all I ask of you is send Mike the papers so he can have closure he has enough to deal with with the recent loss of his wife and should not have to keep calling- and being ignored- for some papers that you have in hand- sad when you can do this to somebody who has had the death of his wife to contend with as well. So -for any of you that want to deal with this person in the future and are promised papers- make sure you get them in hand with your puppy or dog when you get the dog do not listen to unbroken promises of them coming in the mail at a future date. If you are told you are getting papers have them before you leave with your puppy or dog or you could be starting the next forum on this very same thing with this very same person so - beetree cry me a river - that statement is cold and uncalled for and I find it amazing you could even say it considering somebody has died and still no papers on their pupppy- you seem to be as cold and sadistic as Alicia and David are in this situation when in reality all these people want is papers as promised

Really. Cry me a Mississippi River with your grandstanding.

You are the one's capitalizing on someone's death for your own purpose.

Registstion papers in the scheme of life  and death. Yeah, I am all broken up over your lack of papers,

Bea you are a nasty vile woman ..

by NA7 on 20 July 2014 - 14:07

Nope, just trying to get her to respond. He wants them so he can downsize and sell the dog. Very simple concept.

by beetree on 20 July 2014 - 14:07

LoL@Jenni Von

Just keeping it real. You got real proof of anything yet? Seeing as without it the accused is innocent until that time.

by beetree on 20 July 2014 - 14:07

Oh, yes, priorities! Strange sense of that!

by NA7 on 20 July 2014 - 14:07

Really not. The man is overwhelmed and simplifying his life is a top priority right now.
