and black malinois, why dont you post some info about the investigation that is going on in europe NOW about falsification of malinois pedigrees or pedigree malinois , by the belgium kennelclup supported by FCI

vk - I have seen your suggestions before in slightly different forms. I do think that there is merit in some of the points.

I think that what you are saying is directed at Germany. Anything to do with the SV regarding carrying out some of suggestions could only be applied in Germany because of international borders and possible legal situations. Also, any legal and binding rules would only be possible in Germany and whether the SV would want to take on the burden of policing this may be difficult.

Anything to do with money raises other issues. For example cash prizes would increase entry fees, or, testing programmes. I cannot see that at Club level the Club would want to pay anything out of their own coffers. I think that a research fund would be a good idea but funding would be difficult. At what sort of level would you think should be adequate bearing in mind that many people are already struggling to pay today’s fees. I think that it would push small breeders out of the way for the more well off people even though the little guy’s are often good breeders.

When you say “ All breeders must be highly educated and committed to all aspects of the breed” are you thinking that this should be by exanination (another fee ).

Duke I,m not a fan from the FCI malinois especial I always have  X malinois. dutch shepherds, but falsifaction happened long time ago . also
in GSD pedigree dogs and other breeds long time before the DNA obligation so maybe
some harcore people here can tell us also about that GSD FCI dogs Czech,DDR, and Germany from the past???

Duke FCI malinois are also DNA required today,

Breeders who cheating I hope they banned them for always but everywhere are rumors
in the whole dogworld not only with malinois......

In my area I have not heard about investigation because most handlers don,t have a FCI  paper malinois, but I will check it what  is going on .

Maybe the Belgium ring people know more about this?

one pedigree malinois is suspended and 7 more under investigation, the kennelclub advises not to use these 7 for now ,

How does this affect knpv when there are crosses all the place??

This thread now seems to be about the Malinois. Bearing in mind that this a GSD Forum should the Malinois comments be removed to a thread for that breed.

vk - Are you going to contribute more to your post where you made a list of suggestions as I noticed that at the end of your list you said "and more"

vk4gsd - In my last post I asked you a question. Just to remind you the question is

"vk - Are you going to contribute more to your post where you made a list of suggestions as I noticed that at the end of your list you said "and more"

I was hoping for a meaningful discussion regarding your "suggestions and more" but in the absence of any response from you can the readers assume that you have nothing more to say?

Well it is quite clear that vk4gsd does not want to discuss his suggestions for solutions for the GSD. If the readers are wondering where vk is (highly unlikely) vk has now become very active on the Belgium Malinois Forum.

Perhaps we can move on again.
