I call anyone who uses a string of commas and manages to inject the word "podium" into over 60% of posts (I'm estimating low) "Phil."

I personally do not dislike any sport. I think any sport that attempts to help and maintain activeness with your dogs is great idea.

Some like to discredit other sports and lay claim there is the best. I think all sports have good qualities and negative ones.

For example-
I dont like the fact you know what you are going to see at every schh trial so some people simply train for a routine. but i like the focus required, athleticism, and duration that it takes for a dog to preform well.

I dont like you see very little scent work in PSA. however i like the pressure from the decoys, enviromental pressure from the scenarios, and non-routine nature.

I dont like That the Mondio dog dogs get no pressure and obedience was so simple. (at the two club trials i went to).

I generally dont like the atmosphere that surrounds AKC. Though i do like some of the scenarios the UD dogs have to preform such as scent descrimantion and such and like that you can simply title in a tracking venue. etc....................................

every sport could improve drastically in some manor.

However the reason I went the PSA route----- I like that in the upper levels your dog has to be trained for anything as you dont know your scenarios until you get your walk through with the stuart. I like the pressure we can put on the dogs. etc........ I just like the principle i have to train my dog instead it being a routine.

However my dogs do scent work as well.

So basically i chose my sport for what it is. And in my eyes i dont train for PSA. I TRAIN MY DOGS TO WORK. i trial them for fun and something to do and test where we are
at as a team. sport is a byproduct of training to see where me an my dog are and test the ability
of my dogs.period.

who cares what sport is better. they all test your dog in some facit.

"Honestly, I think people are to pissed about you being honest. I'm pretty honest on here, but you are totally honest. You're probably not like that in person, are you? Do you tell people they're fat? Do you tell co-workers they suck at their job? I'm just curious how honest you truly are. Sometimes it pays to just sugarcoat things if some things are better off not said."

Funny that you ask those questions. In the short time the internet has been in existence it's become apparent that the best trolls follow the same formula in every forum from cars to dogs to cameras. Threads like this one are endless. The keyboard has become a safe haven for juvenile dweebs that normally get their ass kicked every time they leave the house. It was particularly funny that Duderino harkened to the 60s and 70s, because that's exactly what would have happened to him back then. That's the way we taught social skill to those lacking them back in the day. I've never claimed to be the best and the baddest, but at least we shut up and walked the line. Those that can, do, and those that can't, type. You'll never see anything of substance from Duderino in the way of scores or video. Just endless rants against evryone elses efforts, belittling comments and taunting pictures.

Carry on. I'm busy living.

Easy there K-Y, somewhere you have strayed from the path and made this personal.  My comments are based on my experiences with dogs and my experiences with the people who train (?) them.  I may criticize the sport or the training but rarely do I criticize the individual unless in person.

I wonder why this thread is still up, being that it's become personal and has fallen from it's original intent?  We all know that personal attacks are a no-no.  I could find offense but I consider the source and it just rolls right off, Kevin.

Edited by me and sent as PM so everyone can take part in a group hug and share happy thoughts.
