Your dog is out of American Show lines! By the way, what breeder did you get him out of? I've always wanted a sable show line!

I also am not a Showline individual so perhaps another person can assist you with the specific canines in his family... I will simply let you know you make from your canine what you need and what you put into them...So pick anything you desire to do and attempt it. Some canines are great at some things and not super great at others...So figure out what he's great at and both of you appreciate it..

Shepherd Enthusiast, I got him from Red Dirt Kennels! I don't believe they have any litters planned as of currently though

everyone else, thank you so much! I've been doing my own dives into his pedigree and trying to figure it out and the info is slowly absorbing into my brain! lol

I have good plans for him, get his cgc and work on obedience and follow with service dog training as long as that holds up, and likely try for agility and comp obedience! he's an incredibly smart boy, just clumsy in this stage of maturing LOL
