"Warning! An error occurred" - Page 1

When trying to add Savannah Corley's Dam "Jessie's Utt Oh!", I get "Warning! An error occurred". It even says there's a match, but when I try to add the dam, nothing happens. I was able to temporarily add the dam without the exclamation mark. However, it's actually part of her name.
I'm sure it's because of the "!" but can you fix? I also have Jessie's Utt Oh!'s color and registration number if you'll give me edit rights.

Sorry, PDB has a problem with Quote marks. Currenty we are having to enter the name without the quotes. Please edit. Send me Jessie's info and I will add it, or edit her and ask for edit rights. It has to be done from that form.
When sending notes to an admin, please be sure to include the BREED of dog and the name.
