In all honesty, I can completely understand why any rescue would like to know anything at all, about the dogs background, if there is any to know. The more info that is known the better chances there are of that dog being adopted out. I have rescued many many dogs and I always wanted to know as much as them as possible especially if it was an adult.
Seems like GSDRescueMike is trying to do a good thing. JMO

Hundmutter - I have to admit your suspicions about some 'rescues' are well founded - so I understand your scepticiism.
