| German Shepherd Dog | V, (SG2 BSZS JKL2009), SIEGER (ARG) 2009-2010 Homar dei Colli di Uzzano SchH2 | This is a magnificent son of VA Furbo, and for me he should have been Jugend Sieger. His overall harmony, balance, correct size, strength and movement was, in my opinion, better than the SG1 dog. I understand the SG had a stomach upset, however, although his performance was OK, it was less than this SG2 male, and dogs must be judged "on the day" - except, we must all remember this is a "breed show". The SG1 male scored on his length of upper arm, which was also very well angled, however his foreface was rather long, his ears rather big, and his top loin into his croup fell away somewhat steeply. | German Shepherd Dog | Videx China | We were thrilled with her 2nd in minor puppy bitch under Paul Rattagan at the Tony Howson Memorial Show. She was pulled out first, however being a nosey and playful little girl (as girls can be, when it came to gaiting she simply decided whoopeee this is playtime and lost all concentration, going down to second in the process. However and most importantly for a young puppy in ths show ring, she enjoyed herself. Thanks to Eddie Stephenson for handling her so well and ensuring that she remained happy throughout. | German Shepherd Dog | 2X VA1(CN) Dux de Intercanina SCHH3 | Dux is an outstanding male, Young Sieger 2008 and a STAR of the 2008 Sieger Show, and from an excellent litter. His brother and sister also being very highly placed at the 2008 Sieger Show. I consider him to be the best son from Zamp vom Thermodos so far, and I seriously doubt there will be any better. Dux offers so much for our breed, especially absolute superb type, and outstanding movement with free and far reaching forward reach, emanating from a very effective hind thrust, all totally balanced and apparently effortless.
