I can¿t speak for every German breeder, but the ones I know don¿t distinguish between German and foreign buyers. Most of them are interested in selling dogs to other countries,it¿s good for their reputation, and it¿s fun to know, that somebody at the other end of the world starts breeding or working with a dog out of the own breeding stock! The price changes as soon as a broker is involved, and this is NOT the breeders fault!
