Does the letter mean that UScA will no longer gouge the other AWDF member clubs $40 to have their score books stamped?

P.S. -- That miscommunications crap was just that ..crap!! The resolution and constitutional amendment were explained to Roetemeyer in detail over the course of many years .. no way the USCA did not know. It will all be water under the bridge when USCA rebuilds the bridge they destroyed.

your breed survey issue may be because the German SV doesn't necessarily accept breed surveys from other judges from other countries.
all this is new, so you may need to push to find out why and how it can be fixed.

I would say no.
Your breed survey is still not recognized by the SV.

Scores from any nation which were done in a WUSV member club scorebook and possibly some other scorebooks depending on the nation by a SV/WUSV recognized Koermeister should be accepted. The WUSV has member clubs in a ton of countries and they are listed on their web site. It could be that the WDA people didn't know if your survey was acceptable if it was from a WUSV recognized judge in say the Czech Republic for example. Worth looking into. All of the WUSV member clubs in the USA need to know more about the huge organization that we in the USA are but a small part of. What country was your breed survey done in?? Did the SV judge refuse it or the event secretary?? If the SV judge refused it then they know what they are doing. If the judge never saw it then there is the possibility than the local folks were incorrect.
