There are some very bad things going on in the Leadership of the SV.... in my opinion this is why Mr. Orschler has resigned and even left the SV. I have known Mr. Orschler since 1984 - he used to be assigned by our region as our Koermeister. I was the Secretary for several Breed Surveys with him as Koermeister and he was a close Friend of our Club President and I had the chance of getting to know him closer than many other people did. It was very hard to believe back then that he had left, but I have been hearing some things about what is going on in the SV from several friends back home that are very bad. If what I was told about Mr. Meyer is in fact true and I am not talking about the allegations above, than he should absolutely not be judging!

I think you should elaborate Fedor23. What else has Herr Meyer done besides the above allegations?

Let's keep in mind that ANY organization, will have politics and corruption. Cleaning house is good, but then again it will always crop up. Especially where bribes and "gifts" can make all parties involved so much money!  We all know that this kind of thing goes on all the time. Does that make it right? NO! But before we condem just one person let's keep in mind that there are many more  that are the same. Just not caught. Or maybe just not "greasing" the right hand(s)?? Like I said... GOOD for cleaning house, but let's not act like it is new or will never happen again.

djc, PM me for some info if you really want to know, but I can not post it here - at least for the time being. Probably will sometime down the road.

Up-dated my Weblog.

It seems more than odd that some of the top VA's have been pulled (Zamp, Quenn, Dux) Poor results in bitework? Hard to believe that some of the top scorers last year ( Dux was 4 -4)  have gone "soft"  ... there is clearly more going on here than is presently being made public.

Fedor, if you don't mind, I too am interesting and will PM. Thanks!

Does anyone know if the ring number listings have any significance in what order they are listed??

Thanks,

Debby

You determine their significance by going through the Ring 1 list and seeing who is owned (or alledgedly owned by--LOL) by prominent judges/körmeisters--and look for dogs with no Ursus up close in the pedigree (except for maybe Agassi?).

Otherwise, they're listed in catalog order.
