If you only saw a picture you would not know anything about it, the who or the why.
There is much cruelty in the world and not just towards animals.
If you don't like China don't support them, starting with Walmart and continue on to their Olympic sham.
P.S.
I forgot to mention the US government who keeps borrowing money from them.

Also incorrect and offensive. The correct criticism would be of the Chinese government, whose manner of rule is not derived from the will of the people and which routinely violates basic human rights such as the freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and the right to not have property or lives taken away without due process of law or the opportunity to be heard in one's own defense.
That's far different from labeling the Chinese people as people/animal abusers as you just have.
