 Okay so I was at my repro vets today and get a phone call from a guy who saw this post who contacted this woman to buy the dog. She sent him wire info and of course additional pictures when he asked also of dogs off of my website So we will be getting all the bank info, exchange of emails etc.. his statements and so on and sending it to the authorities.  I wrote this scum an pm this morning and even got a reply: You'll love this one!

Here is her reply:

Wow that is really amazing the MODs  deleted my post and reply but day after day of bantering and bickering can go on here for month after month to no avail of useless nonsense between members....post some actual facts and it gets removed within seconds..

The mods are new.
As in, the past 48 hours.

Prior to that, they didn't exist.

There have been no moderators on this site until yesterday or the day before, so this is something new.

So sorry you're having this trouble with someone using your photos.  Yes, I'd like to know what she said if you would pm it to me.  Thanks.

Having been a previous moderator on this site, Julie, if you paraphrase what they said, you can post it.  ;)  The idea is that Oli didn't want people posting private emails on here between parties. When someone is using this very database to deceive others, I'm sure there are exceptions to be made by Oli. The moderators don't have the luxury of making those decisions, unfortunately.

Re-post what the message sent to you said, put in your own words, and it'll stick, or Oli will start taking away moderator privileges.

I saw him for sale on here a few weeks ago Melanie in very sad shape. I talked to a gal who was trying to buy him and would have given him a great retirement home but he got sold to someone once again for breeding at 8 years old. I was just absolutely sick when I saw his picture on here. I thought I had him in a good home with the person I sold him to but apparently he did not have the same care of his placement there after when he had nothing left to offer... and then again for Gero after that.... I should have never brought him over here but left him where he was. Very very sad and I will always feel responsible...... if we could get re-do's I would have done it differently. I am sorry how I failed him when I let him go.... I never thought he would be passed and passed like he did.  He certainly did not deserve that, he was such a beautiful and handsome happy boy.... hopefully his new home he just went to will actually provide him the love all have promised.  

I majorly lost my phone number list.... in a bad way.... to much technology. I can not keep up!! When my teenagers are both moved away ( one down one to go) I will not even know how to watch a movie... I still say video!! I have the same number but cell phone only... or my website will have it if you don't. We should catch up... its been ages!!

Good point, vomFelsenHof.  As i said on another thread, the next week or two will probably have mistakes made until things get clarified by Oli.

I'd add the caveat that you censor any bad language in that email. BTW, it was the posting of private emails on here that was the beginning of the descent into madness of the pdb.

Don't beat yourself up about Gero---I know you had the best of intentions, and you never could have known. It is hard to always find the perfect homes for our dogs, even with precautions in place. If someone wasn't careful, the dogs could easily end up in a home like the one we were horrified of previously (which shall remain un-named). I am sure that his new owner(s) will take care of him, since they just purchased him and want him for his lines, I am certain. He is a sweet, sweet boy and deserves a good home, and hopefully this will be his last and forever home.

If I could get a re-do, I'd change a few things too. Hindsight is always 20/20, my friend!  :)
