I was sent a copy to this add here this morning offering this female for sale by a friend who recognized one of my dogs.. This female Trudi vom Grafental belongs to Vom Banach K9.  Here is the link to the add. I am sorry I do not know how to post pictures on here. But you can see this female on my website.  I have no idea who the person is posting her picture or for what purpose he/she is attempting other than fraud. So please be warned. This poster also does not have a history here on the PDB.

Well that is really scary what attempts at fraud take place on here. Always always be very very careful when buying a dog from someone you do not know.  I sent this a=hole a message letting him know I posted a warning on here as well as sent a pm to Oli.... so he needs to find another dog or place to screw people.  Here is the add user info and add... minus the picture. It joined the PDB 2 days ago.

Dark Sable with Good Bloodlines

Posted: Sep 10, 2010 01:33 PM
Beautiful dark sable, excellent pedigree, housebroken, trained in all three phases of SchH, works with local law enforcement as a drug dog. She is excellent with children and other animals. She would make a great SAR or drug detection dog.

Not a kennel dog and she will not do well in an environment where she is kept in a kennel.

Looks like it was just an attempt to get email addresses; kind of a spam/bot type issue. The "working sable MALE" and then a description for a female are a dead giveaway. These bots/people just copy/paste random comments from other ads, mostly, and combine them w/pics they find. Not sure exactly what the goal is but I'm seeing more and more.

Damn, I inquired about that dog. Was told by CCRG79 that the dog was already sold.

If she is yours, congratulations. She is a very beautiful dog.

My what beautiful dogs you have indeed.

I understand why they picked your picture to steal

My bitch's pic was used to advertise a stud dog on another website. Never did figure out exactly what they were trying to accomplish with that. I didn't lose too much sleep over it.

Pharaoh

Trudi is a stunningly beautiful dog.  I met her twice when I put my deposit on Pharaoh (Aron x Sindy  www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/pedigree/551839.html ) and again when I went to pick him up.

She is very pretty and feminine in a DDR way (nice headpiece).  I can't believe some scumbag loser called her a stud!  I am surprised they didn't steal Aron's picture.  On second thought, the theif was probably afraid that would draw too much attention!

Julie, Atilla looks fabulous, I am sure you and your son are very proud of her achievements.

Here is Pharaoh's full subling Atilla(same parents different litter)

Hey Julie--long time no see!

People are morons who can't be bothered to take photos of their own dogs--if the person even HAS a dog to sell in the first place. Sad.

Glad someone is cleaning up this place. Maybe we can all work towards getting it back to what it used to be--a place for learning, sharing and making international friends and ties. :)

Take care!

I ran across an ad with a picture of a young male I was considering purchasing. I sent an e mail asking about the dog to the new advertiser who just recently had joined this site. This dog I was looking at (that was at least 5 digits from the owner) was for sale here on PDB for 1,000 euro,,,,and he was already titled! What a great place to buy a dog!
