I do not know what you want the dog for. I personally, based on hips, would not use him for breeding. But even so others think otherwise these are what I call working hips.
I do not think that the dog will have any problem to perform during his working life. That is based on my honest experience. Thus if you want to use this dog as a stud then no. As a PP dog, security dog, or even patrol dog for police. No problem. I am saying this because I am selling dogs with hips like this to PDs and they check then with the vet and they buy such dogs with this type of a hips because they know the dog will have no problem with them. As far as OFA goes I'd say that it is hard to tell. OFA fair to border line. Just my honest opinion.

Would not pass where ? In USA OFA? Maybe not,.... maybe yes. But in SV Germany it would most likely pass!
Why am I saying that?
Keep in mind that "Noch zugelassen" means "still permisible" in Germany but by OFA standard it is mild dyspalsia. Many here said that the dog would not be worse then mild dysplasia, but people accept Noch zugelassen all over the pedigrees with no problems but then they say it would not pass? SV thinks that it is still permissible for breeding! Please look into what you are saying.
I personally have no problem with one or so Noch zugelassen in 5 generations but I would not breed it . Many do. Would I use such dog for work? Absolutely!.
So which way is it?
