I'd say he is going to be a coat. If you look at his eyebrows they is slight "bushing" starting at the edge above his eyes, like a schnauzer.

I just thought that I would do a follow up photo of my puppy now that he is 8 weeks old.

He still has lots of coat but no hair in his ears (not that he is going to show you yet).

definitely a normal coated puppy. beautiful head. would have what people refer to has a plush, or show coat. not the slick, lie close to the body coat you see on alot of working dogs.
