Help ! please I would like opinions is this pup a coat or normal he is 4 weeks old. I have never bred a puppy with this much hair before, he has really thick, long hair between his pads and he is also very hugable.

Yes he has got a really good coat on him but going by the shape of his head i would say normal!! We had a whole litter with coats like that,all were normal

Long-coat 75%,
I would wait for another week to be absolutely sure, if its head still resembles an Owl face after it becomes 6 weeks then he is 100% Longhair.

It is normal puppy 100%. No long coat.
