When the time comes for you to get another dog, which bloodline are you going to get? And why? What color are you seeking for? What sex are you planning on getting?

I'd get started by answering my own questions :)

When the time ready for me to get another dog, I'd like to get myself a west German working line. Why? Because I'm fascinated with working lines and I'm more into working than conformation, however I would like to do conformation. The color will be dark sable and the sex will probably be a female, why? Because I like my bitches! :D

B.I.T.C.H. .P.O.W.E.R.!

If for any reason I manage to catch my eyes on a female showline that can trurly work, I might reconsider getting another showline.

Probably DDR or - like you said - "a female showline that can actually work" AND not fall apart with allergies, timidity and infertility! A good working female West German showline dog is VERY hard to find! I don't deny they are out there, but WHEWH! Good Luck finding one!

Working line male pup, and I like the very dark or even a black sable.

I will stick with what I know and have good experience with.  Good showline dogs with sound nerves and pedigrees that have also proven themselves in the work.  I am getting too old for moving into a sphere that I know so little about such as WG/DDR/Czech.  I find my dogs have held their own on the field in their work and have given me the joy of showing them nationally as well as internationally.  That is more than I could wish or want.

My next dog will be a working line male for our stud, young adult or older adult, either one I can finish to SchH titles myself, or one that has already had a career and hopefully already has progeny on the ground to look at. I'm looking for a special manly man for my girls.  Masculine head, medium sized or larger, any color, hard, strong, fast, atheletic, great drives.  If he was a man instead of a dog, he might look like a tough guy dressed in black leather and shit kicker boots with that bad boy look on his face, LOL.  Great competitors as sire and/or dam, great working lineage.  Little or no Fero or Mink in the pedigree, so that he can be be more easily crossed with my girls who don't need anymore Fero or Mink added to the mix.  The ultimate dream dog, if he was housebroken and could live in the house too!  One can dream, right?
