My concern is I would hate to see this board or this whole site disappear because some embarrased jerk decides to take it out on this site. It's such a valuable resource for people all over the world.

Yes, it's a good site to explore and read. We'll all see it mentioned more and more often, especially when we do a Google search which is how I came across it. On the bottom of the first page of search result Google had a message which said that one of the results had been omitted because a complained of the site had been files with chillingeffects.org. Google is apparently concerned about repercussions of just listing such a site in its search results. No wonder the owners of PDB are running scared.

My concern is they blocked Brady from posting here on this board  ///  Now how fair is that ,,,This is a family man that brought his issue here with proof  and he didnt cuss or defame   ..he ask advice and help ...he sounds like a business man who is new to gsd world , but now he has been barred...

Im sorry   but I do not agree with that   decision...but we leave others here that scold ,cuss and do anything they want  , like the    gay resort in Las Vegas...How embarrasing...has nothing to do with  Brady Family hurt over a  breeder named

I read Brady's post and I didn't think it was necessary to remove his account along with his postings. censorship sucks and I'm against it 100%

Yes this is Oli's website and yes he does pay the sites bills and I'm thankful that Oli provide us with such service but lately the message board is becoming unpleasant.

Oli Please, please, Please, PLEASE reinstate Brady's account. He doesn't deserve this and I will back him up 100% and I'm willing to risk my account into doing so.

Does anyone know if Brady has tried to log on again? I have trouble thinking Oli would block him, it must be a mistake.

Maybe that moderator has banning priviledges??  Someone who has been in contact with him tell him to create a new account like Brady2 or something.  I don't think they ban by the IP addy.

Answer: No, they are not required to delete. 47 U.S.C. sec. 230 gives most ISPs and message board hosts the discretion to keep postings or delete them, whichever they prefer, in response to claims by others that a posting is defamatory or libelous. Most ISPs and message board hosts also post terms of service that give them the right to delete or not delete messages as they see fit and such terms have generally been held to be enforceable under law.

so going by this the people in the threads that has been deleted have no way of suing OLI for these posts.  Drago thread, trainer thread and socks thread to name a few.
