I wonder if we are talking about the same person that sold a bitch to Australia early last year and then pulled out of the deal, he also forgot to send the deposit back until he was visited by the police. I believe that there is also legal action being taken by someone else so GOOD LUCK I hope that you get him good and proper, he need to be closed down.

For reference, the Breeder is Ricky Byrne and the Kennel is Bygoly.

i REALISE THIS IS AN OLD MESSAGE, BUT I TOO HAVE RECENTLY HAD DEALINGS WITH RICKY BYRNE. I PURCHASED A DOG AND BITCH FROM MR BYRNE IN NOVEMBER 2005. HE DID THANKFULLY REGISTER THE PUPPIES BUT STILL REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP. HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET OWNERSHIP TRANSFERED BECAUSE HE WAS DISQUALIFIED AFTER HE REGISTERED THE LITTER. I APPROACHED THE REGISTERED BREEDERS SCHEME WITHIN THE KENNEL CLUB AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. IF YOU STILL DO NOT HAVE REGISTRATION PAPERS FOR YOUR GSD AND YOU KNOW THAT THE LITTER WAS REGISTERED YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GET TRANSFER PAPERWORK THROUGH THE BREEDER SCHEME. GOOD LUCK

hi bygoly benjamin i am another unsuspected gsd bygoly owner!thanks for this i am now in the prosess of writing to the kennel club for the above same thing. its a shame he dont want us to promote these beautiful animals in his name , i would be proud to put my name to my dogs i dont know about yours but mine is a beauty. i was wonderng if you could email me a picture of benjamin i would love to see my bitches brother thanks if you can i would be grateful.
