any problems with ForDogTrainers.com? large$$!! order never received - Page 1

We wanted to order some equipment for our new club

typed in dog training equip into google

this site came up

fordogtrainers.com

ordered $231.59,  they took it from our charge card on 2-13

never received anything ' its been a month,,,

they dont reply to our emails or phone messages,

does anyone know if this is a legitimate business?? anyone have any dealings with them??

always worried of phony business's /scams

guess we should of used leerburg,  they have a good reputation

I have used them on several occasions, in fact the last time the address was entered incorrectly.  I received a call back saying all was ok and it would be sent to the correct address.  This was last week.  I received my order with noproblems.

I like them and would not hesitate to use them again.

I've also ordered from them with no problems at all.  One item was back ordered so they did contact me to see if I wanted to wait for the whole order to be shipped together which was no problem and only took about a week longer to get here.

Actually, if you ordered it on 2/13 it's only been 2 weeks not a month!  I really like them and have not had any problems.

They are a legit business. Must of ordered from them like 10 times always recieved items. They ship the items from Israel. So any delay this may be the reason, may take 10-12 days. Have always got a response when i emailed them, try that.  Have gotten some sleeves for a few friends that were starting off as helpers, can't beat thier prices on sleeves.

 I have no problems with them. Nice Equipment.

I have ordered once and found them very polite and professional.  However, they do not seem to stay on top of e-mails and phone calls.

I have ordered also multiple times, there have been delays with the shipping as someone previously stated they ship some of their products from Israel. I have not had any problems with responses via email or phone.

I feel they should give the customer the option  to use UPS or Fedex for shipping rather than only USPS. Thats the main cause of delays.

Some of their stuff is shipped from Israel it can take up tp 6 wks to arrive. Never had any problems with them and had orderd multiple times from them.
