We've placed several orders with them and have always gotten our stuff. They have good quality equipment for good prices. Years ago I used to order from the Leerburg web site, but their stuff is overpriced. We've found some of the exact same items on different web sites for HALF the price.
They do take a long time to ship. I've never tried to contact them because I've never had a problem. We love their stuff, their prices, and their selection. We were able to get a Malinois sized harness from them at a good price and it's very well made.
I hope you get your stuff and I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles, but I've had nothing but good experience with them. Hopefully your own situation will get resolved.

it seemed like longer than 2 weeks
am upset they have not answered my 3 emails or 2 very polite phone calls as to if or when my order will be shipped
that was my only concern,,, was it shipped... maybe got to someone else??
really ,, they have not responded what so ever
my order was placed 2/13
as of 2-29 have not received anything NOR heard from them
will keep trying and wait patiently,, a simple phone call or email can put my mind at ease,,,wish they would
keep thinking got to wrong address

Check your credit card account...they may have been out of the item, or items, and so they did not actually charge you and the response email got lost. I have had that happen.

no problem at all. dont worry. i got my order quite fast actually. better than i expected. quality are not too bad too
