Can you imagine having to get those poor animals out of there?  http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/03/12/dogs.seized.ap/index.html

Poor Poor creatures.

Wow the smell....did you smell them all the way in Michigan?  If you did than OMG the smell!  Maybe it should be OMG The stupidity of the animal rights people and human society for taking healthy dogs away from people who have done nothing wrong and have obviously done a great job with these animals.  The only thing I can agree with is that they had way to many of the little "ankle biters"  but every single one that has been shown on the news has looked extremely healthy and well adjusted.  Maybe they are saving the poor starving near-death ones for the trial of the elderly couple or those are to shocking to show to us.

BTW the videos of inside the house show a very clean setup; and the animals themselves look great.  I'm impressed these people could handle that many dogs and do such a good job of things.

They will get their felonly counts against them and be touted through the media and the stupid people here as evil people who deserve to be hung.

In another month this will happen again in this area and the animals will look healthy and be healthy and it will be plastered all over the news how horrible and despicable these people are.

Something smells all right and its Phoenix and Tuscon and the nut jobs in charge of their animal welfare services.  I'm sure Sheriff Joe will be showing me a horse on the news that couldnt be healthier and telling me how he saved it from a terrible life at the hands of his owners who had 10 horses instead of the 5-6 he would prefer they own.

Maybe they will clean the brown cloud of crap thats over the city of Phoenix someday that makes your eyes water, and is slowly killing all of us human and animal alike from the inside out.  Doubtful but you can always hope.  Better to bust someone with 30 cats next time and have it all over the national news how things were out of control and a dish was in the sink unwashed so we can more easily label these people as felons and toss them in prison where they belong.

OMG it smells!!!!  Thank God for Smellavision TV!

End Rant.  and the Rant is because I live in this area and every few weeks there is basically a similiar story and the same actions are taken and never once do you see animals that are unhealthy or having bad lives.  PETA should be happy though:)

I just checked out the PETA website and there is no mention of this case other than on a forum board.  If PETA can't make money off of it, then they aren't going to bother to yell and scream.  Animal rights people piss me off too but animal cruelty really irks me.

"I'm impressed these people could handle that many dogs and do such a good job of things."

Then I take it your puppymill operation isn't looking that good?

Regardless of whether or not the story is exaggerated, that many dogs (800 or 80) in a manufactured home is going to stink.  Throw the 82 (or even 8) parrots on top of that and yep, it's an OMG that's gotta stink!
