Police shoot Mayor's Dogs - Outragous!! - Page 1

This is absolutely Horrific!!  If the police can bust in the Mayor's door and shoot thier dogs without proper procedure,  when if fact they themselves are victoms...  we have no chance.  And they say we are still the land of the Free?

Rockwall, Texas one month ago,,,sheriiff stopped a gsd man and he had a horse in trailer following behind his lincoln..He police man had no reason to stop him...none...he started saying ,,where did you get this lincoln,,,do you have a registration..no its my brothers...let me see your license,,,..Its in the trunk in my horse training bag...no way ..you must have it on you...one thing led to three others...and the law man told the  man in truck with horse to get out of here.

He refused to leave, saying this is the man you have stopped, horse.   So, now  , is this horse your horse...Yes., where is his papers,,,is he stolen and where are you going with him....duh....moving him to ------------, well , Im going to take you in  , step out of your vehicle and put your hands on the trunk....   no sir,, you have not told me why you have pulled me over...

You didnt stop for me way back there so that presents me with the reasont to suspect you are hiding something...Dale dials his brother on phone at this time and leaves phone open for them to hear all the conversation...Police man harasses him somemore and uses very unkind pressure and his trunk contains all his paperwork ,but wont let him get it...

Officer says Im arresting you for failure to stop,,,assaulting a peace officer, and evading arrest....   UNBELIEVABEL>.

Horse was impounded illegally , as it wasnt even connected to the lincoln...and never to this day has it been told why he was stopped in the first place  Dale is a paralygal...and has kept real quiet...

The judge set the bail on the first appearance at         30,000.00 ... cant believe that either...Dale has never every been in jail , never been arrested in his whole life...and has not warrants nor nothing....  Preston had it right and Ugly dog too....our LEO are in control with dangerous motives....SO   this is the latest....I got someone to go get the horse to no avail...

The horse was not released because his brother never showed up on time...My man went home...NOw the fun begins and tells the story of crooked ness in action and now the sheriff is backing down....Brother and wife went to sheriff Office Thursday,,horse still there with   $15.00 a day against it....Sheriff is in office  ,,,comes out and tells them , he personally is having his men load the horse Friday,,evening, agreed on by brother as time , and move the horse to my mans pasture.

ANd no charges are against the horse..We are not charging you..  Yellowrose made a call to this very Sheriff a week and a half ago and told his Sgt., because he was out and turned it over to the Sgt., that I was looking into this and would he please take this matter and get to the bottom of it..SOmething was fishy and this man is not a crook and never has been and you have a man in your jail with trumped up charges and been in there with a horse in your stables, for one month...

Now something is being done...SOmeone wanted this registered Black stallion and they thought they would work it into a fees not paid and no one would ever know where the horse went and then Dale would be let out and oh  we made a mistake , charges are ddropped,,but we dont know where your horse went...Been done by counties here in Texas before., so now that three other people have walked into the situation , things are changing...

Horse is safe , so now how long will Dale sit in jail...???on imaginary charges..

I agree with Stormhasit..We are going to see more and more of this , I am afraid.. 

One of the things that bothered me - if they would shoot these gentle labs that were not  in any way threatening... my dogs have no chance!  With the BSL that is trying to become more prevalent from the idiots not socializing and letting them run loose, etc...  - combined with the fact that my dogs would absolutely react if someone were to "bust in"...  not to mention the fact that I would be reaching for my gun in this scene -  me or my dogs have no chance.  And to top this scenario off with the Nazi mentality, its just too much!!!!  

We hear of "wrongs" all the time done by those that are suppose to "protect" us, yet these scenes are continuing to happen and increase in frequency.  Yes, I am afraid it will get worse and until people stand up and take a stand - Nazi mentality will continue to grow.

You dont really stand a chance.  Best is to get on the good side of law enforcement, I often burn DVDs/CDs from Iamthewitness dotCom & let them understand what is happening.  If you speak out against Illegal Immigration, expect to be labeled a Domestic Terrorist by Chertoff, Dept of Homeland Security...FYI.  The list grows daily.

FWIW-I keep a loaded Benelli  Shotgun, loaded with Sabot Slugs on top of #2 Turkey Shot, which will penetrate Body Armour.  If  'they' kick in my door, even by accident, I expect them to shoot my dog.   But I will let loose a barrage, to protect me & mine, (came close to losing the wife one night , as she came home from the 3rd shift  Hospital unannounced & dog went apesh*t.   I had her head in my sights, we had a talk about it, wont happen again :)

I digress,  I also have tactical lights on my gun,  to throw at them.   If Im feeling really bold, I put the AK under the bed.   Worst case, theyll lose their legs with the turkey shot.  All they have to do is knock, Ill answer. I break No laws & pay my taxes..

There's no use argueing your fear's I think your in too deep, but I do believe your gonna kill someone one day and it's gonna be the wrong someone.

Cop's are just people, nothing new.  You stand a ninety percent chance of running into the wrong one.

I stay clear of the system, it will eat you up.   It's not right to fear those who are supposed to keep you safe is it?

Thats a strong statement.  Ive hunted for over 25 years.,  Ive owned & handled  firearms in all of that time. I teach my children & those I hunt with, the same in firearms safety.  I demand it.   Im a fanatic about  gun safety.  I dont have a traffic citation or ticket, pay my  unconstitutional taxes (for now) & am model citizen.

That said...if someone enters my home using deadly force, I dont care who it is.   Wrong address serving a warrant or someone intent on robbing me, they will be shot & likely killed.  I've tried to fortify my house best I can.  They will navigate through a maze of stumbling blocks & I will blast away at their heads & legs..however, if they  simply knock at my door, Ill open it.

Land of the free, and home of the Brave?   Not anymore.  A Bunch of sheep.

You can Buy armoured vests for your dogs  and let them wear it while sleeping.. That is your only option here.  You let law enforcement trample your rights, and accept it.   All brought to you by the ADL & an Oppressive, Tyrannical, government thats been taken over & corrupted.

They (Law Enforcement) were dressed in street clothes, wearing masks, carrying weapons when they rushed the house.

Now the claim is that the mother-in-law screamed when she saw a mob of masked armed men running on the house and her scream jeopardized the safety of the officers?  Hell I'd probably scream then grab a weapon of my own if I saw a mob of armed gunmen storming my house. 

There couldn't have been much of an investigation done before storming the house or they'd have found out who lived there.  In that respect they put themselves in danger.  Law enforcement seems to be doing and saying everything possible to justify their actions and there is no justification for not doing a thorough investigation before going into a suspected and presumed dangerous situation like that.

If you feel that way why not just move to another country?  There has to be at least one out there that's more to your liking and mindset.
