DON'T TRUST TOPOLOVNICKA DOGS, MOMA - Page 1

PLEASE, be very careful when negotiating with MOMA from TOPOLOVNICKA or TOPOLOVNICKI or his representant that sells his dogs CECILIA of SOUTHERNWIND KENNELS as I had sent some money and got caught in a bait and switch scam and now no dogs and no money..here are links to the postings..here is the proof and is UNDISPUTABLE. I challenged them to prove me wrong..he has USD$8,246.78  of my money and I have no dogs...

I have a very different opinion about Mr.Momcilo Mihajlovic.

I bought to him two german shepherd dogs (a pregnant female and a young male) in the last tree years and never had any problem with him, the dogs arrived ok and I am satisfied with both of them.

I am sure that Mr. Mihajlovic is a serious man and I know that it is always possible to arrive to a good agreement with him.

  I am sure there are people that he had satisfied,because otherwise if you scam everyone it will not last long. I had proven my situation with several postings and emails, even in his latest email to defend himself I wrote down a least of facts, now if I am lying, I challenge Moma to prove it as I have....I considered my money lost, as I can see now the type of person that he is, but I don't want any more people to fall for that trap and loose their hard earned money...this is the email he just sent today to me, and if he is as you say he is, he should give me my money back ..

     Look at this email ( at bottom ) where he states " you bought Quena and now she is yours ". If that is the truth, then why is she listed for sale at Cecilia's web site Southern Wind Kennels and they even up the price now to 5,500 ( which it used to be 4,000) :  http://www.geocities.com/ceciliamart2001/perrosventa.html...    why he doesn't mentioned INDA, which is why we are in this predicament, my first deal with him was INDA
