Ground hog is pretty good eating..
Coons not bad either but I do like it BBQ'd.
No mustard for me.
Only on a Hotdog.

The groundhog tasted like BBQ'd chicken with a earthy dirt kinda after taste. I think it would taste alot better with Franks or Buffalo sauce. LOL

When I had ground hog it had been wrapped in tin foil, smothered in onions and peppers, and grilled.
We used a little heinz 57 on it.
