hips - Page 1

 what do you think about this hips? I´ve got this pic/scan from a friend to answer him. Thank you for help.

hard to tell with the picture quality and x-ray exposure.The right hip appears to be seated ok but the left is not seated deeply enough in the socket.  What concerns me more than that is (apparently) the roughness of the femur heads - should be round.  The necks also appear to be thickened to be almost non-existant.  Hard to make a guess with these x-rays but if I had to guess, unless clearer x-rays showed something quite a bit different, these hips may not pass, or at best be "fair".

you need to retake these again, they are to far in , should be out a bit more.
from what i see they dont look too good.

I see growth issues with the left (screen right). Do you crate often ? Is this a Kennel dog ? What is the diet and exercise like ? The lineage ? Have any of the lineage been DNA tested ?

Can I repost these rays on a student forum with your info ? Just wondering. This is a good ray for disscussion.
